  1. So what? Marx's books cost people money, too, and freemarketultraliberals Volokh wonks work for state-funded universities and drive on -- gasp! -- publically subsidised roadways.

  2. Yeeees. That is correct. A public highway is pretty much the same thing as publicly funded everything else.
